One of Belleville’s oldest neighborhoods, the South Pennsylvania Neighborhood maintains it’s historical charm right down to many of its cobblestone streets. Belleville’s annual Tour d’Belleville bike ride winds through the neighborhood where neighbors make up their own parties, cheering on riders with cowbells and other noise makers as the cyclists whizz by.
